Vegan Sunflower Butter Carrot Smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1.5 cups carrot juice
- 1/2 cup sunflower butter
- 4 tablespoons cacao powder
- 3 medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
- Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth
- Enjoy immediately (or pour leftovers in glass and store in refrigerator)
