Vegan Sunflower Butter Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1.5 cups carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup sunflower butter
  • 4 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth
  2. Enjoy immediately (or pour leftovers in glass and store in refrigerator)
